We loved this hotel, I traveled with my partner and adult son. We found it was a perfect location to see all of Rome’s countless highlights. The hotel was meticulously clean, staff were so friendly and helpful. We contacted them prior to our arrival and they arranged airport transfers for us which were great! We had initially booked room only but after trying the hotel’s breakfast we ate there every morning. Even in January it was warm enough to eat outside on the rooftop bar - which is just stunning - those views! We will definitely stay at Hotel Otivm next time we visit - thank you for a beautiful, memorable stay!

Beautiful Hotel in the Heart of Roma

This was the perfect place to stay for proximity to the highlights of Roma! We walked everywhere except to our early morning Vatican tour but walked back. A great welcome upon our arrival by Luca & Arianna and they were so very helpful and pleasant!! The room was lovely, along with the terrace. Thoroughly enjoyed our evenings spent at the rooftop bar with Enrico. Not only is he an excellent bartender, but a very nice person. Good conversation and great drinks made our evening’s so enjoyable after a long day of touring. Can’t say enough good things about this hotel and their staff. Our first visit to Roma was perfect with this choice!!

I visited with my parents and my niece and couldn't be happier. The hotel is in an exellent location. Everything is within walking distance. The hotel staff is super friendly and helpful! The rooms are very nice with high ceilings. We had 2 rooms next to each other on the second floor, both rooms were very clean, the beds comfortable, the bathrooms were spacious enough for 2 people. Showers were good. The breakfast had enough choices, savoury and sweets, fruits, eggs, juices, different coffees etc. Breakfast is served on the rooftop with a nice view. I highly recommend staying here. Thank you for your hospitality!

Hotel is in a fantastic location, customer service was great. Bed comfortable, shower hot and spacious. Also room cleaned regularly. Basically everything your basic needs would want. Couple of downfalls - The rooms could do with a fresh paint there was a lot of marks on the walls, not sure if £195 per night is great value for money. Only minor faults but would make a world of difference! We had a terrace, lovely area, but too cold to use (no fault of the hotel!) wouldn’t book this room again at this time of year based on that. Roof top bar was closed (again we were made aware a week before and had the option to change) once it did reopen it became slightly louder on our last night, but nothing that was to bad to mention but again something to potentially be aware of. Breakfast was ok, nothing special, but did the job! Understandably the price is probably based on location but then adding on the city tax which we were told was €6 when arriving to 5 days later being charged €7.50 euros per person per night resulting in a further charge of €75 seemed crazy. All in all we felt slightly underwhelmed with quality compared to price paid, not comparing but if we were to spend nearly £1000 on a hotel in the UK for 5 nights, we’d expect a little more luxury. Rome was a wonderful place, and although Otivm didn’t wow us like I thought it would, I wouldn’t not recommend this hotel, as it does the job, for us it just didn’t justify the price. Shout out to the service that was excellent by one member of staff, (I’m so sorry I didn’t get her name) she was on the desk on Wednesday afternoon around 3, she is a credit to the hotel, happy and extremely helpful. Genuinely brilliant. Thanks guys!

This was the first time in Rome for me and my wife, we could not have been happier with this hotel. The location was perfect for any and all activities you wish to do. Staff were really attentive and happily organised transfers to and from the airport. We would definitely return soon!
